    I will support you as you navigate your cycle and offer decision-making support, nervous-system regulation, mindset tools, and practical planning so you feel informed and steady before you take each step.

  • Absolutely. The program is inclusive of donor conception pathways.

    We cover the unique emotional, relational, and practical considerations (grief around loss of genetics, disclosure choices, identity questions), while equipping you with evidence-informed coping strategies and communication tools to help you navigate the complexities of this journey.

  • The core framework is delivered across six structured sessions, typically completed over 6-8 weeks.

    We can adjust the pace of sessions (weekly or fortnightly) based on your schedule and individual needs.

  • Yes. Sessions are offered online, and I can accommodate time that you are on holiday You’ll also have access to between-session resources (e.g., guided exercises/hypnotherapy tracks) so you can maintain momentum while away and resume seamlessly on your return.
