  • Yes. The Calm Pregnancy Pathway is created for women who are already pregnant whether in the early weeks or further along.

    It’s especially supportive if your journey to this point has been through IVF, donor conception, or after loss, when fear and anxiety can feel overwhelming.

  • This program welcomes all paths to pregnancy, including donor conception. The emotional complexities of these journeys are fully acknowledged, and the support is tailored to meet your unique experience.

  • The core framework is delivered across six structured sessions, typically completed over 6-8 weeks.

    We can adjust the pace of sessions (weekly or fortnightly) based on your schedule and individual needs.

  • Yes. Sessions are offered online, and I can accommodate time that you are on holiday You’ll also have access to between-session resources (e.g., guided exercises/hypnotherapy tracks) so you can maintain momentum while away and resume seamlessly on your return.
